What are the typical results?

All plans are designed for a health and benefits. You can expect fat loss, increased energy, lowered cholesterol, stabilized blood pressure, more energy, increased mental clarity and improved sleep and immune function. For more information on a specific goal please review our individual plans.

What types of ingredients are used?

We use the finest, freshest ingredients in every meal: lean, hormone and chemical-free meat and seafood products, farm fresh dairy, fruits and vegetables, and whole wheat, low-carb grains. Clients may eliminate any ingredients they don’t like through the Client Dashboard.

How is the food delivered?

Deliveries are left at your door between 8:00AM - 8:30PM on Sundays and between 1:30PM - 8:30PM on Wednesdays. You will receive a delivery time window text the day before delivery is scheduled, as well as periodic updates for your time window on the day of delivery. Each individual meal is delivered “ready to eat“ in a microwave-safe container and placed in a well-insulated cooler bag with several reusable ice packs. You simply place the empty cooler bag and ice packs out on your next scheduled delivery for our drive team to retrieve.

How often and what time are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made every Sunday between 8:00AM - 8:30PM and every Wednesday between 1:30PM - 8:30PM for the meals intended for the following 2-4 days. Sunday Delivery – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday meals Wednesday Deliver – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday meals Thursday Evening – Friday, Saturday & Sunday meals.

Is there a minimum commitment length or order size?

There is no commitment. Your program is week to week to provide you with as much flexibility as possible. If your schedule changes frequently we can adjust your program to meet your needs. The minimum order for one scheduled delivery (2-3 days of meals) is $19.99.

How do you design and portion my menu?

Based on your profile information (height, weight activity level, goals) and program of choice we calculate your caloric intake broken up over three meals and two snacks per day. Then according to your desired schedule and ingredient dislikes we design and plan a personalized menu for the upcoming month that you can view and manage through your Client Dashboard.

Can I request specific calories or guidelines for my program?

We are always happy to make any accommodations for specific requests. If you have had success with specific guidelines or you are working with a health professional we can design a program to meet your needs.

Can I choose my meals?

By logging in to your Client Dashboard you can change your scheduled program, select from a wide range of available menu options, and update your preferences and personal information. You can also contact us phone or email to process the changes for you. Please make changes 72 hours prior to your next scheduled delivery. Your account is a set to automatically renew on a weekly basis. Your billing information will be processed every Saturday at 12:00 AM for the upcoming week. Please request all changes by 72 hours prior to next scheduled delivery day. Thursday at Noon - Sun Delivery (Mon/Tue/Wed meals) Sunday at Noon - Wed Delivery (Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun meals)

How does the billing work?

Your account is a set to automatically renew on a weekly basis. Your billing information will be processed every Saturday at 12:00 AM for the upcoming week.If you need to make any changes please submit or notify us 72 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery. Please request all changes by 72 hours prior to next scheduled delivery day. Thursday at Noon - Sun Delivery (Mon/Tue/Wed meals) Sunday at Noon - Wed Delivery (Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun meals)

Do I need to reheat the meals? Are there reheating instructions?

All the meals are cooked ready to eat. Most breakfast and Dinner items are best heated up. Lunches are designed to be more on the go friendly and are less likely to need reheating. Heating options: 1- Microwave 1-3 minutes 2- Preheat oven and place meal in a oven friendly dish at 350 degrees for 5-10 min.
